About Jenn
Jenn is a Coral Ridge native, whose family has lived here since 1967. She attended Cardinal Gibbons and graduated in 2005, attending FAU for college. Her fitness journey started in high school with a weightlifting class, but things really took off when she started working at World Gym in Ft. Lauderdale in 2010. There, she had the privilege of learning from old-school bodybuilders. Their mentorship gave her a solid foundation, but she wanted to broaden her horizons, so she explored other disciplines like yoga, Animal Flow, MovNat, and CrossFit and began immersing herself in the methods of industry experts like Kelly Starrett, Paul Chek, and Charles Poloquin.
In 2012, she became a trainer at Equinox in Aventura and completed their EFTI program, which taught her corrective exercise and how to help her clients' specific needs. There she learned how to train a dynamic range of populations, from those with previous injury or surgery to sports specific athletes.
In 2014, she dove into competitive powerlifting and won her first gold medal in 2016 in the USAPL. Once she hit her strength and physique goals, her priorities shifted toward moving well for the long haul. Today, she specializes in helping clients recover from disc herniations and other mobility challenges, combining her diverse training background with a passion for sustainable fitness and longevity.
